Allowed only under the following conditions: (a) toothpaste for users above 1 year ≤1% (as zinc); (b) toothpaste for children between 6 months and 1 year ≤0.72% (as zinc); (c) mouthwash for users above 6 years ≤0.1% (as zinc); (d) other products ≤1% (as zinc). As of January 1, 2027, cosmetic products that do not comply with these restrictions can no longer be placed on the EU market. |
