To this end, this document reflects the comparative differences between the EU and UK laws.
The document highlights what remained unchanged after Brexit and what is now different covering several topics, such as the role of the Responsible Person, substances bans and restrictions, pre-market notification, and labelling requirements. It includes a special focus on Northern Ireland.
