December 18, 2023. Today, the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) released a long-awaited electronic submission portal – Cosmetics Direct – for product listing and facility registration. These are new obligations for cosmetics’ brand owners and facilities set by the Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act of 2022 (MoCRA).
Together with the portal Cosmetics Direct, the FDA published several guidance documents to assist the cosmetic industry in the registration and listing process:

- Structured Product Labeling (SPL) Implementation Guide with Validation Procedures
